A Needs Assessment - On appointment, our team will meet with you to discuss the entire project thoroughly. Then, we will compile a comprehensive Needs Assessment to gain a precise understanding of what is required.

Scope Documentation - A list of items required will be prepared, organised by room, level and/or floor. You will then indicate priorities for rooms or areas and this will form the Production Pack.
PLANNING
We oversee the entire production process, from initial development to quality checks at every stage.
For transparency and your peace of mind, we provide photographs at each quality check stage so you can be assured that the highest quality standards are in place and that production is on schedule.
Once work is completed, we will rigorously inspect the items at the factory, checking measurements and finishes against the original specifications. These checks, along with detailed videos and photographs, will be provided to you for your approval. You will be heavily involved in this process as no item will be packed for shipping without your final sign-off.

International shipping is the final stage of the process and an area in which we have considerable expertise.

We conduct rigorous quality control checks at every stage of production, from the pre-production specifications, through production to QC checks before shipping. We provide regular updates, including detailed photography, and ensure we have your sign off at every stage to guarantee high standards.
If the sourced furniture does not meet the agreed upon specifications or quality standards, rest assured we take immediate action. Our team will work closely with the manufacturer to rectify the situation. This could involve modifying the product, replacing it, or even sourcing an entirely new piece from a different supply if required.
We ship globally and coordinate with reliable freight partners to ensure smooth delivery anywhere in the world.
We sign NDAs as a standard part of our process before work commences. We uphold strict confidentiality, ensuring your designs, product photos or any other confidential aspect of your project is ever shared or disclosed without your explicit approval.
We charge an initial up-front sourcing fee to activate the project and then, as is standard in the sourcing industry, we charge a percentage fee on all items ordered.
We do have a fee schedule for additional services you may request but these will be discussed as options before charges are incurred.

After you’ve made your selections, and the Production Pack has been confirmed, our team of agents will set to work. Leveraging our extensive supplier network, we find the best furniture and materials to meet your specifications.
Whether off-the-shelf or custom-made, we secure the ideal options for your project. We will promptly provide quotes, options, and all relevant information for you to confidently make your furniture selection.
Once selections are made, Burnt Oringe International agents will negotiate contracts with the factories on your behalf, ensuring that your furniture is promptly booked for production.
